Orthomap
Welcome to Orthomap
Orthomap is a web-based tool that takes a set of isoforms from one plant genome and identifies putative bioinformatic orthologs in the target genome. Currently, there are almost 20 publicly released genomes that you can map from and to. Based on user requests more will be added in the future.
